Creative Colors International of Mid Michigan is the industry leader in repairing scratches, cuts, tears, stains and burns in a variety of surfaces, primarily working with the automotive, furniture, commercial, medical, and residential markets. We do it all onsite! We're a seeking qualified, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team of technicians! You will begin as a trainee and evolve into a Certified Technician. To cap off your local, in-field training, you will have the opportunity to attend our CCI Certification Training Course at our national headquarters in Chicago for one week.

CCI of Mid Michigan is a local, family owned franchise.

There is no prior experience in this trade required; all training and certification is provided

Responsibilities:

Repair, clean and dye leather, vinyl, fabric and plastic for a variety of customers
Develop and give sales/ technical presentations to acquire new business
Manage a professional calendar and operate an efficient schedule of meetings and repair work
Prepare professional estimates
Further develop business with existing clients
Prepare invoices for all work
Work to meet (and exceed) sales targets
Investigate and solve customer problems
Track and maintain van inventory
Paid training and certification course provided.

Prior customer service experience
Ability to work well without extensive day-to-day supervision
Strong attention to detail
Persistent, hard working

Money motivated
Hands-on problem solving experience
Capability to work outside in all weather conditions
A valid driver’s license

Compensation: $30,000 - $100,000+/year
