OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Upholstery Repair Technician to join our team in Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate will gain experience with fabricating, assembling, and/or sewing various materials. Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, auto interior restoration, and a passion for craftsmanship are highly desirable.

A history/background in customer service, reupholstering, upholstery repair, and/or car detailing will come in handy but not required.

Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers’ requests within a given day and prioritize those requests
Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Persistent and hard working
Money motivated
Hands-on problem solving experience
Capability to work in all weather conditions
A valid driver’s license
May not be colorblind
Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease

BENEFITS:

Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program
One to two week CCI certified technical training in Mokena, IL
A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

No experience necessary, but past experience in customer service industry preferred
Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
